Meeet-Mitte, Tuesday, 10th of December 2019, 7:00 – 09:30 PM:
It’s not a secret anymore how much work is changing –
and how much change awaits ahead.
We’ve covered a lot of ground in making new ways of working a reality, but the road ahead remains long and bumpy, and still not entirely clear.
So this time, instead of working on a specific topic, we’re taking a different direction to try and make the process, rather than the goal, clearer – and see if we can lift some mist on the road ahead.
Specifically, we’ll be looking at the change processes the world of work is undergoing, and the mindset shifts that needs to go with it.
In other words, how are organizations managing to shift to new ways of working or integrate them in their current ways?
It’s clear that our processes and structures won’t magically transform themselves, and that we need a radical cultural shift that will redefine roles, tasks and ways of thinking – so let’s ask this question: how do we trigger all that?
If we need a mindset shift, what are its elements? Most importantly, who needs to adopt it, how and what barriers can we expect?
As usual, plenty to talk about and plenty of questions to be answered – and this time we’ll be bringing four perspectives on all this from four people knee-deep in the topic.
We’ll be there, looking forward to seeing you too!
